Senior Multimedia Designer (iGaming)

Location: London - St Pancras Campus (Red), United Kingdom; full-time office-based role

What you will do

• Define and lead audio-visual concepts aligned with brand and corporate identity guidelines.
• Oversee delivery across squeeze-backs, videos, LED content, motion assets, editing, and production outputs.
• Develop proactive creative ideas, maintain high AV craft standards, and ensure accurate, high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with studio leads, agencies, creative partners, marketing, and internal stakeholders on brand experiences.
• Use performance metrics and project data to evaluate creative effectiveness and improve guidelines and solutions.
• Support the Head of Design with studio strategy, team performance, delivery, mentoring, and resource prioritisation.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years with a recognised brand in sports, media, entertainment, or gambling.
• Proven creative leadership, conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and creative team management experience.
• Strong communication, organisation, collaboration, adaptability, attention to detail, and delivery discipline.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D software.
• Ability to work from the London St Pancras Campus on a full-time basis.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of sports betting markets, odds calculation, betting types, and market trends.
• Experience in online gaming or casino, including player behaviour and industry regulations.
• Experience with gambling compliance, customer retention strategies, voice-over artist selection, shoot production, or TVC production.
