What you will do

• Execute complex transformation projects for clients within the financial services sector.
• Perform intelligent data structuring, analysis, benchmarking, and process mapping.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and animate workshops to define project goals.
• Develop functional specifications to guide business transformations.
• Take on leadership roles by coaching and mentoring new hires and junior consultants.
• Contribute to internal knowledge exchange through workshops, seminars, and publications.

Requirements

• University Master's degree in Finance, Business Engineering, Economics, or Management.
• 3 to 6 years of professional experience as a consultant.
• Proficiency in French and English is essential.
• Valid work permit for Luxembourg (the company cannot provide visa sponsorship).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex options into actionable conclusions.
• Preparedness for temporary assignments in France and Belgium.
