IO Product Science Intern (AI)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Support the design, development, testing, and quality review of new assessments.
• Apply IO Psychology and data analysis to product projects involving LLMs, machine learning, and simulations.
• Serve as an expert evaluator by reviewing and rating the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of AI-generated outputs.
• Conduct research on reliability, validity, fairness, and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with IO Psychology, Product, and Data Science teams to share findings.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (excluding specific states: AK, HI, IA, ME, MS, NM, WV).
• Currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program or having at least two years of graduate-level education in IO Psychology or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of personnel selection, psychometrics, statistics, and research methods.
• Experience analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Interest or experience in AI evaluation, LLMs, NLP, or prompt design.
• Knowledge of EEO requirements and professional guidelines for employee selection.
