SAP Senior Payroll Technical Consultant (SAP ECP)

What you will do

• Deliver and support SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical designs.
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Ensure compliant, high-quality payroll processes using functional expertise in Estonian Payroll (PY-EE).
• Execute AMS activities, focusing on incident resolution, change requests, and continuous system improvement.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure seamless system integration and stability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP ECP Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Estonian Payroll (PY-EE).
• Experience supporting Application Maintenance Services (AMS) or SAP implementation projects.
• Solid understanding of SAP ECP modules and their integration points.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Knowledge of Payroll Control Center (PCC).
• SAP HCM Certifications.
• Estonian language skills.
