What you will do

• Prepare product requirements for suppliers and internal teams using technical specifications, market benchmarks, legal/regulatory requirements, labeling/marking standards, certifications, and internal quality standards.
• Coordinate technical compliance processes, including PPAP, drawing approvals, and product change agreements.
• Handle requirement violations by coordinating internal departments and preparing internal action plans.
• Monitor EU legislation and relevant regulations in other regions where Private Brand products are supplied, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Source and negotiate with laboratories for product testing, define test methodologies, create testing plans, and track execution and results.
• Manage incoming inspection criteria and respond to requests from government authorities and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards (ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949) and problem-solving methods (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagrams).
• Understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, preferably in components.
• Strong knowledge of product development processes and methodologies.
• Fluent Russian and English proficiency at B2+ level.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and perform effectively under pressure.
