What you will do

• Assemble and integrate complex mechanical and electronic modules following technical drawings.
• Perform manual operations including drilling, grinding, soldering, and bonding.
• Prepare and refine parts and components for assembly.
• Maintain up-to-date task progress in Jira and conduct quality control of completed work.
• Propose process improvements and continuously develop technical assembly skills.

Requirements

• Experience in manual assembly of electronics, equipment, or mechanics.
• Proficiency with hand tools such as screwdrivers, hex keys, and drilling tools.
• Understanding of mechanical joints, including threads, fastening, and mounting.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, specifically polarity, voltage, and power supply.
• Ability to read technical drawings and strictly follow specifications.
• Confident user of Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience working with UAVs.
• Experience in serial or assembly-line production.
• Technical education (vocational or higher).
• Basic knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems.
