What you will do

• Design and maintain efficient ELT/ETL processes to collect and prepare data from diverse sources.
• Develop scalable, high-performance data pipelines for data ingestion and retrieval.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data architecture strategies and select appropriate cloud data platforms.
• Establish and enforce data quality standards and governance practices to ensure data integrity.
• Optimize existing data pipelines and databases for scalability and cost-effectiveness through query tuning and indexing.
• Implement AI/LLM integration patterns and design agentic data workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and strong knowledge of SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, and ELT tools such as Matillion.
• Expertise in dimensional data modeling (star/snowflake schemas).
• Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD for data pipelines.
