What you will do

• Oversee quality assurance for audits and provide technical support for affiliates in Western Europe and the Americas.
• Coordinate the technical review of CoC reports to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and certification decisions.
• Manage the FSC Database and monitor the performance of delivering affiliates using KPIs.
• Develop and conduct initial and update training for CoC auditors, acting as a Tutor for Lead Auditor Trainings.
• Collaborate with the Global Forestry Team to evaluate and develop common business options.
• Handle accreditation body audits, follow-up on CARs, and manage complaints and appeals.

Requirements

• Tertiary education in Forest Management or Timber Engineering (or equivalent professional experience).
• Must be a certified FSC COC Lead Auditor.
• Experience as a Forestry Chain of Custody Lead Auditor Trainer.
• Proven work experience in the timber and/or paper industries.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for interacting with senior management and government officials.
