What you will do
- Ensure legal compliance and registration of chemical products within Vietnam.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local chemical regulations and monitor legislative changes.
- Review Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels to meet regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with country leadership, regional marketing, and global product safety teams.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding regulatory compliance and product safety.
- Coordinate internal and external testing for regulated products as required for registration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, product stewardship, or chemical registration.
- Familiarity with APAC chemical regulations and hazard communication standards (e.g., Micro, Biocides, GHS).
- Strong understanding of chemical regulatory frameworks and ability to interpret legislation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience working with database systems for compliance tracking.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
