Salary: $127,000 – $190,000 USD (base and on-target earnings)

Overview

Join as a technically-minded Customer Success Manager working closely with ML and data science teams to operationalize labeling workflows and improve model performance. Play a key role in customer engagement, scaling, and product influence.

What you will do

• Own strategic customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
• Partner with ML and data science teams to integrate Label Studio into data pipelines and labeling operations.
• Drive business value by reducing labeling costs and improving model performance through workflow optimization.
• Support usage expansion and advocate for feature enhancements aligned with customer goals.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor on annotation setup, ontology design, and data curation strategies.

Requirements

• 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles with at least 5 years managing customer relationships.
• Experience as a data scientist, ML engineer, or MLOps practitioner, or serving that audience.
• Experience deploying AI/ML models to production and integrating into ML pipelines.
• Familiarity with ML/AI workflows including labeling, training, quality assurance, and productionization.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally at AI/ML startups serving data science teams.
