What you will do
- Serve as the Technical Product Owner for an omni-channel communications platform, acting as the primary link between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and development-ready backlog items.
- Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals, technical strategy, and delivery timelines.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality platform enhancements.
- Identify delivery risks, remove blockers, and monitor platform performance and product metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, or Technical Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce.
- Experience with Azure environments, specifically AKS on Azure, and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Strong proficiency in Jira and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative product delivery.
- Must be based in the United States.
