Product Manager (Industrial Cooling)

Salary: €64,000 base salary plus individual variable compensation.

What you will do

• Lead the launch of new industrial cooling products and solutions.
• Develop and deliver training programs for sales teams in Customer Centers.
• Create comprehensive sales tools, technical data sheets, and competitive analysis.
• Identify new market segments and applications for cooling solutions.
• Manage the business case creation and master specifications for new product development.
• Collaborate with PTM and TCM teams to ensure short time-to-market.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Castello D'Agogna, Italy.
• Technical knowledge of chillers, coolers, and total cooling solutions.
• Strong communication skills with fluent English proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on taking initiative.
