Technical Agile Coach

Location: Stockholm, Sweden, with the possibility of a hybrid workplace. Some travel may occur.

What you will do

• Coach Scrum Masters and engineering teams on flow, collaboration, ownership, planning, dependencies, and delivery.
• Help teams turn retrospectives, metrics, and observations into concrete continuous-improvement actions.
• Support collaboration and alignment across teams with shared work and dependencies.
• Mentor new and less experienced Scrum Masters as they develop their coaching and improvement-leadership skills.
• Provide hands-on support to address delivery friction, unclear ownership, and varying levels of agile maturity.

Requirements

• Several years of experience with agile ways of working in software engineering organizations.
• Proven experience coaching Scrum Masters, engineering teams, and stakeholders in continuous improvement, delivery effectiveness, and operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and flow-based improvement, applied pragmatically to different contexts.
• Experience working across teams and dependencies to improve collaboration, alignment, and delivery outcomes.
• Ability to mentor less experienced Scrum Masters and build trust through strong communication and facilitation.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
