What you will do

• Partner with the General Manager to develop local P&C strategies aligned with global Group objectives.
• Lead talent planning, succession management, and career development for staff.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle and implement state-of-the-art hiring strategies.
• Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure full compliance with legal requirements.
• Ensure business adherence to regulations, laws, and organizational policies, proactively managing employee relations.
• Administer annual planning, budgeting, and implementation of HR activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR qualification.
• 7+ years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably within a multinational company.
• Deep knowledge of recruitment, payroll, L&D, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and proven experience in its application.
• Native-level Chinese and very good English skills (verbal and written).
• Proven experience in line management and supporting culture change projects.
