Senior Product Marketing Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid role)

What you will do

• Define and refine global product positioning and messaging for the Payments suite.
• Plan and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new features and products.
• Develop compelling sales enablement assets to support commercial teams in scaling products.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent customer experience.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to test hypotheses and drive decision-making.
• Bridge the gap between customer needs and product development to maximize adoption.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or product strategy at a fast-growing tech company.
• Proven track record of collaborating across cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and product.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience launching go-to-market campaigns that drive product adoption.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA to fulfill hybrid work requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in Financial Services or Financial Technology (Fintech).
• Background in building sales pipelines and scaling Enterprise businesses.
