What you will do

• Lead client relationships and act as a strategic advisor for food-focused workstreams.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of store POS, in-store assets, and integrated campaigns.
• Manage account financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
• Develop and execute annual account plans to drive growth and operational efficiency.
• Line manage, mentor, and support a team to ensure high-quality output and workload balance.
• Collaborate with internal creative, production, and IT teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements

• Strong leadership experience with a proven ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Proven track record in client partnership and acting as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders.
• High commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Strong creative judgement and attention to detail across production and creative outputs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and solve complex challenges.
• Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
