DevOps Engineer (Ansible, OpenShift)

What you will do

• Design and manage OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms within enterprise environments.
• Develop automation solutions and frameworks using Ansible playbooks and roles.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and ArgoCD.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices with Terraform and Ansible.
• Oversee the application lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Collaborate directly with clients to translate business requirements into technical architecture.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in DevOps, Automation, or Cloud Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
• Proficiency in IaC (Terraform) and at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong Linux/Unix system administration skills and scripting abilities in Bash or Python.
• Experience with monitoring and logging stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Must be based in or able to work in Roma, Italy.

• Relevant professional certifications from Red Hat, Kubernetes, or major Cloud providers.
