What you will do

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email from prospects and customers.
• Guide clients through product options, including conducting demos and follow-ups.
• Qualify leads generated through marketing activities and demo downloads.
• Handle outbound calls for specific campaigns or customer reactivation.
• Advise customers on the optimal mix of software, services, and training programs.
• Maintain accurate records and activity notes within the Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) and comfortable working in English.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably within a B2B environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Affinity with economics, tax processes, or accounting workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and reliable manner.
• Must be able to work from the Gothenburg office as part of a hybrid setup.
