📍 Location: Belgrade, Serbia (On-site / Hybrid)
Are you an experienced cybersecurity professional ready to take full ownership of an enterprise security environment? We are looking for our first dedicated Senior IT Security Officer to build, mature, and lead our security function from the ground up!
What You'll Do:
Take full ownership of our IT security environment, policies, and risk management.
Manage key security tools including FortiGate firewalls, CrowdStrike Falcon, and ManageEngine.
Assess cloud security, user access (MFA/IAM), endpoint security, and data protection.
Perform environment security audits and lead incident response.
What We’re Looking For:
Senior background in IT/Cybersecurity (Security Engineer, Officer, or Analyst).
Hands-on experience with FortiGate, CrowdStrike, and IT management suites.
Strong knowledge of network security, cloud controls, system hardening, and incident response.
Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, Fortinet NSE, etc.) and knowledge of frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST) are a plus!
