Senior DevOps Engineer (GCP)

Senior DevOps Engineer (GCP/Terraform): Designing and operating scalable cloud-native platforms for end customers and internal services with an accent on automation, multi-cloud architecture, and observability. Focus on implementing Infrastructure-as-Code, optimizing Kubernetes clusters, and building robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure high availability and reliability.

Location: Must be based in Slovakia (remote work available only within the country due to taxation regulations)

Salary: Base salary from 2,900 € brutto

What you will do

• Design and take ownership of end-to-end DevOps lifecycles for cloud-native platform operations.
• Architect and operate secure, scalable platforms across GCP, Azure, and AWS.
• Implement reproducible infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure-as-Code).
• Deploy and optimize containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines via GitLab CI to automate build and deployment processes.
• Establish observability through Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stacks for rapid incident detection.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of professional experience in DevOps or platform engineering.
• Practical experience with major cloud providers (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
• Strong expertise in Terraform and automated infrastructure provisioning.
• Proven experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• English: B2 (Upper Intermediate) required.
• Location: Must be based in Slovakia.
