Senior Community and Events Lead

What you will do

• Design and operate a repeatable events system delivering multiple community events per month across European markets at a consistent quality bar
• Own large-scale brand events and KOL retreats from concept through execution based on community and partner needs
• Convert one-off wins into documented playbooks to maintain quality as event volume scales; manage budgets, vendors, and logistics
• Align growth, marketing, and partnership stakeholders; manage priorities and tradeoffs; solve problems live on site
• Define and track growth metrics (attendance, activation, retention, partner and KOL engagement, cost per outcome)
• Scale the Events and Social Media playbook across multiple European countries

Requirements

• Proven track record running events at scale, ideally recurring multi-market programs
• Strong operational discipline with detailed planning, precision, and repeatable process design
• Ability to solve problems quickly and calmly under pressure, including on-the-ground execution
• Experience leading teams, including hiring and managing people distributed across markets
• Strong internal stakeholder management across functions
• English: required to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and partners across Europe
