Company

hirify.global builds a Move Money Platform that connects to global financial systems for card authorizations, financial events, and post-transaction actions across fiat and crypto.

What you will do

  • Own the Move Money Platform roadmap, strategy, and global execution, setting multi-year vision and measurable outcomes (auth rate, cost per transaction, settlement speed, uptime, geographic coverage).
  • Lead engineering teams through the full SDLC by defining product requirements, partnering on technical design, driving sprint/release readiness, and making architecture trade-offs for throughput, latency, and resiliency.
  • Design and operate network connectivity across fiat and crypto, including direct vs indirect connections via processors, sponsor banks, custodians, and on/off-ramp partners.
  • Own redundancy, resiliency, and performance by defining fault-tolerance posture, eliminating single points of failure, and building automated failover and graceful degradation between rails.
  • Own compliance across networks, chains, and jurisdictions by translating network operating rules into product requirements before audits.
  • Serve as the external face to networks, partners, and regulators, and apply AI to network operations (e.g., intelligent routing, decline recovery, anomaly detection, fraud/sanctions signal integration, settlement forecasting, and automation).

Requirements

  • 8+ years in payments or fintech product management, including at least 3 years owning a platform or infrastructure product end to end.
  • Experience designing, integrating, and operating payment network connections across both fiat and crypto rails, including stablecoin settlement, on/off-ramp integrations, custody connections, and at least one production payment flow on a public chain.
  • Deep payments expertise across North America and EMEA, spanning fiat and crypto.
  • Proven track record leading engineering teams through the full SDLC as a product lead (requirements, technical design partnership, sprint cadence, and shipping against commitments).
  • Operator’s mindset for resiliency, routing, and performance (e.g., routing engine, failover strategy, or network performance program; metrics like p99 latency, finality time, uptime).
  • Ability to represent the company in partner and regulator-facing settings (scheme working groups, sponsor bank reviews, stablecoin issuer sessions, regulator briefings).

Nice to have

  • AI-forward mindset with hands-on experience applying LLMs, ML, or agentic systems to network operations.

Culture & Benefits

  • Global scope with full ownership of platform and network strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
  • Cross-functional influence across product, engineering, finance, and go-to-market teams.
  • Emphasis on builder mentality: entrepreneurial, biased to action, comfortable with ambiguity and net-new initiatives.
  • Accountability for both engineering output and product outcomes.

Hiring process

  • Interviews focused on payments/platform ownership, network connectivity design, resiliency/performance, and compliance experience.
  • Discussion of how AI would be applied to network operations and where it should not be used.
  • Partner/regulator communication and leadership approach evaluation.
