Technical Product Manager (Data Center)

What you will do

• Support the development and execution of a 2–3 year product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Translate customer feedback and competitive analysis into feature priorities and product enhancements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure successful NPI and launch readiness.
• Act as a technical liaison between Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to align messaging and value propositions.
• Monitor product performance post-launch to identify cost optimization and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate on business cases, ROI analysis, and pricing strategies for new product features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 4–8 years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Engineering, or infrastructure-focused roles.
• Experience in data center infrastructure, HVAC, thermal management, or industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with stage-gate or formal NPI methodologies.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for financial modeling and data analysis.
