What you will do
- Build and lead a world-class engineering team, aligning members with the overarching company strategy.
- Execute on product strategy to deliver high-quality, scalable B2B SaaS applications.
- Establish and maintain engineering standards and procedures to ensure strict quality expectations.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to translate technical capabilities into strategic business decisions.
- Analyze product data and collaborate with teams to identify customer needs and growth opportunities.
- Engage directly with customers to resolve issues and generate product ideas for the development roadmap.
Requirements
- Must be based in Ireland.
- 4+ years of engineering management experience within high-growth engineering organizations.
- Proven track record of building and retaining high-performing, customer-focused technical teams.
- Deep expertise in B2B SaaS, including the development of large-scale, secure, and performant applications.
- Strong hands-on engineering background with experience in Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Active advocacy for and experience with AI tools such as Claude code, Cursor, or WindSurf.
