Project Manager, Indonesia (Project Management): Managing social and economic development projects and programs across Indonesia and Southeast Asia with an accent on project mobilisation, implementation, financial management, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Focus on coordinating government counterparts, partners, consultants, and suppliers, supporting bids and business development, and delivering complex assignments on time and within budget.
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia; open to Indonesia nationals and permanent residents with authority to live and work in Indonesia

What you will do
- Manage assigned projects and programs from mobilisation through implementation, monitoring, reporting, and close-out.
- Deliver workplans, budgets, contracts, milestones, and client requirements with accountability.
- Provide country and sector intelligence, stakeholder insights, partner mapping, and operating context analysis for Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
- Support market positioning, capture planning, bids, proposals, and delivery strategies.
- Coordinate clients, government counterparts, implementing partners, consultants, suppliers, and corporate teams.
- Manage delegated team members, consultants, and partners, including work allocation, performance feedback, and development.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant experience in consulting, project management, international development, or government- or donor-funded environments in Indonesia or APAC.
- Experience with project mobilisation, implementation, financial management, reporting, contractual compliance, procurement, consultant management, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
- Business development experience, including tenders, bids, capture, or proposal preparation.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English; valid rights to work in Indonesia required.
