What you will do

• Manage pre-litigation disputes and coordinate with external counsel on document discovery and case budgets.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS licenses, vendor contracts, and NDAs.
• Conduct legal research on cryptocurrency, fintech, and financial service regulations across key jurisdictions.
• Support corporate governance, board resolutions, and shareholder meeting preparation.
• Manage data privacy compliance programs across DPA, GDPR, and CCPA regulations.
• Provide legal advisories for new product features and support global licensing efforts.

Requirements

• Law degree and admission to practice in the Philippines.
• 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house at a tech, financial services, or fintech company.
• Solid knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and litigation procedures.
• Strong interest in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and data privacy laws.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical advice for non-lawyers.
• Meticulous attention to detail in drafting and process management.
