What you will do
- Lead the project digital delivery strategy and align BIM objectives with client requirements and programme goals.
- Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans, Digital Delivery Plans, and project information management procedures.
- Coordinate BIM activities across clients, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Drive multidisciplinary model coordination to resolve design clashes, constructability issues, and interface risks.
- Manage the Common Data Environment, BIM deliverables, dashboards, metrics, and stakeholder reporting.
- Support model-based planning, construction and commissioning, handover, and delivery of as-built models and asset information.
Requirements
- Experience managing BIM and digital delivery on large-scale construction, data centre, life sciences, high-tech industrial, or mission-critical projects.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, information management, digital collaboration workflows, and Common Data Environment governance.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across design, construction, and client environments.
- Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of programme management, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, BIM/Digital Engineering, or a related discipline; relevant BIM certifications are valued.
