Director - Cost Management (Construction)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid role with regular office attendance expected.

What you will do

• Grow a new business entity in East Polanco and manage local hiring, training, performance, and team development.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Manage key accounts, revenue targets, team costs, gross margin, and account performance reporting.
• Develop and execute regional strategy with executive and regional leadership teams.
• Partner with marketing, talent acquisition, and HR on regional growth, talent pipelines, and onboarding.
• Promote DE&I, health and safety, innovation, confidentiality, and hirify.global’s standards of clarity and openness.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in construction or project management, with increasing leadership and people-management responsibility.
• Degree or comparable experience in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction discipline.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers or large-scale industrial and mission-critical projects.
• Experience in cost management, scheduling, and project controls; experience supporting US projects is preferred.
• PMP and LEED AP qualifications, or progress toward completing them.
• Resume must be submitted in English; interviews require video and may be conducted in person or virtually.
