What you will do

• Develop and maintain statistically based demand forecasts by product family and customer channel.
• Lead the demand planning cadence and support S&OP/S&OE processes including consensus meetings.
• Incorporate customer commitments, backlog, and product transitions into the forecast.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias to drive continuous improvement in planning quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Supply Planning to resolve forecast exceptions.
• Manage demand-related master data and provide scenario analysis for new product introductions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or Operations.
• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning or sales/operations planning.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP for demand planning and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP processes and forecast performance management.
• Experience in high-volume or high-mix manufacturing environments.
