What you will do

• Gather and organize ESG and financial data from public reports, databases, and financial statements.
• Research and analyze ESG performance indicators and financial metrics for companies.
• Perform self-reviews and basic QA tasks to ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with internal analysts to support data-driven decision-making and share research findings.
• Utilize Excel to manage, analyze, and manipulate large data sets for smooth integration into the platform.
• Implement AI efficiencies into team workflows and stay updated on ESG and LevFin market developments.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate of ASE or SNSPA (Political Science or Biology Faculty).
• Strong interest in ESG, sustainable finance, and leveraged finance (LevFin).
• Foundational understanding of AI tools and a requirement to develop them for workflow optimization.
• Excellent data collection and research skills with a methodical approach to information gathering.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and high attention to detail.
• Must be based in Bucharest, Romania.
