What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure accurate delivery of legal entity management services.
• Monitor and manage legal compliance requirements, including annual filings and regulatory duties.
• Coordinate with internal teams and Local Service Partners (LSPs) for timely service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Provide guidance to clients on best practices for legal entity management.
• Support the development of new processes to improve the overall client experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in legal entity management or a related field.
• Must be based in Hungary.
• Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to legal entity management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for international clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with legal entity management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
