What you will do

• Lead the ML Research function, including delivery, quality, performance, and roadmap execution.
• Build and scale a global, high-performing research organization focused on ML excellence and initiative ownership.
• Set the long-term technical vision and organizational design for ML Research in line with business and product evolution.
• Partner with Fortune 100 customers and go-to-market, delivery, engineering, and product teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage and mentor senior ML Research leaders while establishing accountability, urgency, and results-oriented execution.
• Represent ML Research in headcount, budget, strategic planning, and cross-functional decision-making.

Requirements

• Strong track record leading ML Research teams in high-growth environments, ideally involving ML, infrastructure, or complex systems.
• Experience scaling research organizations across geographies and evolving their structure effectively.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear priorities and execution with urgency.
• Experience partnering with sales, delivery, and customer success teams.
• Comfort operating at both deep technical and executive levels, with sound delegation and leadership judgment.
• Credibility and curiosity in product engineering, infrastructure, or AI agent systems.
