What you will do

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to drive cutting-edge research.
• Shape the long-term vision and organizational design of the ML Research team.
• Manage and mentor senior ML Research leaders to instill a culture of accountability and speed.

Requirements

• Strong track record of leading ML Research teams in high-growth environments (ML, infrastructure, or complex systems).
• Experience scaling research organizations across multiple geographies.
• Ability to distill priorities and move teams from ambiguity to execution with urgency.
• Experience partnering deeply with sales, delivery, and customer success teams.
• Technical credibility in product engineering, infrastructure, or AI agent systems.
