Site Reliability Engineer (GCP)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (12 days WFH per year)

What you will do

• Resolve security findings across GCP environments, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD pipelines, prioritizing high and critical risks.
• Design and improve security controls in CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, ArgoCD), including secret detection and CVE scanning.
• Deploy scanning and guardrail solutions in AWS and GCP to reduce the attack surface at runtime and infrastructure layers.
• Implement RBAC, key rotation, and authentication policies to mitigate credential leakage and IAM misconfigurations.
• Conduct security assessments and build observability dashboards to improve visibility for TechOps and SRE stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience securing and managing GCP environments (IAM, GKE, Security Command Center, Artifact Registry).
• Strong background in SRE or Infrastructure Security with expertise in Kubernetes, container security, and IaC.
• Experience implementing security controls for AI platforms (Vertex AI, Gemini) and LLM-based workflows.
• Proficiency in Python or Bash scripting and observability tools like Datadog or Honeycomb.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems, networking, and zero-trust security patterns in multi-cloud contexts.
