What you will do

• Collect, clean, and transform data from CRM and marketing platforms.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards for revenue, pipeline, and retention.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to solve business problems and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Improve data accuracy and document key reporting metrics and logic.
• Implement process automation and self-serve reporting opportunities.
• Translate business questions into data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in data-related roles.
• Degree in Computer Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Fluent Spanish and working level of English.
• Strong communication skills and structured thinking.
• High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving nature.
