What you will do

• Manage end-to-end outbound order volume, including delivery notes, invoicing, picking, fulfillment, and shipping.
• Oversee international export/import logistics, managing forwarders, carriers, and customs documentation.
• Control outbound transport costs, validate carrier invoices, and manage freight budgets.
• Monitor 3PL and carrier performance using KPIs such as OTIF and SLAs.
• Resolve automation exceptions and collaborate on systemic improvements to optimize operational workflows.
• Cross-train across various channels (EMEA/APAC, Americas, Returns) to ensure service continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Commerce, or equivalent operational experience.
• Proven experience in operational fulfillment, distribution, or freight management, ideally in DTC fashion or retail.
• Hands-on experience with global shipping regulations and international customs procedures.
• Strong data reporting skills and familiarity with operational KPIs.
• Professional English proficiency is mandatory.
