What you will do
- Solve complex technical problems and identify potential future issues across various platforms and services.
- Manage systems data and ensure security compliance for a diverse portfolio of global clients.
- Prioritize and resolve technical tickets in collaboration with other technicians.
- Recommend modernization options and identify new business opportunities to improve client infrastructure.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure service stability.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management.
- Practical experience with VMware ESX.
- Knowledge of public and private cloud management, specifically migration from on-premises to cloud solutions.
- Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico
Nice to have
- Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaaS).
- Knowledge of vulnerability management.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and federation services.
