What you will do

• Compile and synthesize information via literature reviews and policy scans.
• Collect and review research and evaluation data.
• Analyze quantitative research data and contribute to the reporting and interpretation of findings.
• Prepare reports, briefs, charts, and graphs to communicate analytical results.
• Support proposal writing and business development activities.
• Assist in project management, including timelines, meeting coordination, and progress tracking.

Requirements

• Must be based in Nairobi, Kenya
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree in social sciences or related fields.
• Experience using quantitative data analysis software (Stata, R, QGIS, Google Earth Engine).
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication and organizational skills for collaborating in a virtual work environment.
