What you will do
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise applications using .NET, C#, and VB.NET.
- Lead development initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
- Modernize and integrate legacy applications, databases, and business-critical systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote knowledge sharing.
- Ensure software quality through testing, debugging, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
- Proficiency in VB.NET and support of legacy Microsoft technologies.
- Experience with relational database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor team members in an enterprise environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Blazor for web application development.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access solutions.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Background in manufacturing, industrial, or utility sectors.
