What you will do

• Review and assess submissions across web themes, UI templates, WordPress plugins, and other code assets.
• Evaluate assets against technical, security, usability, and commercial-quality standards.
• Identify and reject submissions with poor code quality, security vulnerabilities, or low originality.
• Provide clear, objective, and constructive technical feedback to contributors.
• Collaborate with Content Operations to improve review consistency and documentation.
• Monitor emerging web development trends and AI-assisted development risks.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack background (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress).
• Expertise in WordPress ecosystems, including template hierarchy and installation workflows.
• Deep understanding of clean code practices, responsive design, and performance optimization.
• Ability to identify technical risks such as broken functionality and security flaws.
• Must be based in Mexico.
• Fluent or strong professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Previous experience creating or reviewing assets for digital marketplaces (e.g., ThemeForest).
• Background in QA, technical validation, or software testing.
• Knowledge of intellectual property and licensing.
