What you will do

• Benchmark executive, broad-based, sales, and physician compensation using comprehensive market analysis.
• Support the design, implementation, and administration of short- and long-term incentive plans and deferred compensation arrangements.
• Conduct compensation diligence and integration support for M&A transactions.
• Execute project plans, prepare client deliverables, and support marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver an integrated approach to client service.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of related work experience in compensation and consulting.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (Advanced degree/professional designation like J.D., C.P.A., CCP, or PHR preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong client-facing mindset and focus on relationship management.
• Ability to supervise staff and lead engagements.
• Ability to travel as needed.
