What you will do

• Own the technical build end-to-end for 1–3 strategic deals from proof of concept through post-close stabilization
• Drive technical requirements and build champions within customer engineering and product teams
• Identify and mitigate technical risks early to protect deal success
• Translate bespoke deal requirements into durable improvements for the core product
• Tech-lead and mentor a pod of 1–3 software engineers per deal

Requirements

• Location: Must work on-site in New York City, USA
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong leadership skills
• Strong appetite for customer-facing work and managing high-stakes accounts
• Ability to assess technical paths, weigh risks, and make decisions under pressure
• Bonus: experience productionizing agentic systems
