What you will do
- Manage, train, and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts and business operations staff.
- Optimize pre-order business operations procedures and foster coordination between departments.
- Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments to monitor daily operations.
- Resolve highly complex client, account, and processing discrepancies.
- Build compliant processes that meet business objectives and improve overall profitability.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to incorporate needs into strategic plans.
Requirements
- Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico (Hybrid setup).
- Experience with software implementation and streamlining business processes.
- Experience working in multi-company and multi-location environments.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- 8+ years of applicable experience in a Business Operations team.
- 3+ years of experience in the Manufacturing and/or Software industries.
- Experience with service management platforms such as ServiceNow or Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Proven success in establishing KPIs, root cause analysis, and implementing measurable improvements.
