Location: Hybrid in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States (Office Monday-Thursday, remote Friday)

Salary: $60,000 – $75,000

What you will do

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of critical data elements within the Global Data Master (GDM).
• Support day-to-day data governance operations, tracking and following up on data requirements.
• Monitor data quality across systems to identify and resolve gaps or inconsistencies.
• Create and maintain business rules to monitor master data quality.
• Implement data cleansing opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Liaise with functional teams to ensure data completeness for the GDM.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the financial industry or a related role.
• Degree in finance, data management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and critical attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be based in the United States to support a hybrid work schedule in Salt Lake City.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a Master Data Management (MDM) role.
• Experience with SQL.
