Europe Retail Education Manager – Skincare & Dior Spas (Retail Education)

Location: Neuilly-sur-Seine, France; role supporting retail education across Europe

What you will do

• Develop and execute the European retail training strategy for skincare and Dior Spas.
• Create and animate training paths and educational content for Dior and multi-brand Beauty Consultants.
• Build and engage a skilled training community across European markets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Retail, and Human Resources teams to align training with global objectives.
• Monitor training effectiveness and business impact across retail and spa touchpoints.
• Strengthen skincare authority, service excellence, and consistency of the Dior Spa experience.

Requirements

• Experience relevant to retail education, skincare training, beauty consulting, or spa service development.
• Ability to develop training strategies, learning paths, and training content.
• Ability to engage and coordinate training communities across multiple European markets.
• Strong collaboration skills across Marketing, Commercial, Retail, and Human Resources functions.
• Ability to monitor training effectiveness and translate results into improvements.
