What you will do

• Define and implement the European training strategy for skincare and hirify.global spas in alignment with global objectives.
• Develop training paths and content to enhance the expertise of Beauty Consultants and spa specialists.
• Engage and animate the training community across all European markets.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives on retail performance.
• Collaborate strategically with Marketing, Commercial, Retail, and HR departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail education or training management, preferably within the luxury sector.
• Deep expertise in skincare and spa rituals.
• Ability to lead and engage a diverse training community across multiple European countries.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to centralize and enhance retail education expertise.
• Must be based in or able to work from Neuilly sur Seine, France.
