Location: Hybrid in New York City (Must work in office 3 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Salary: $200,000–$225,000

What you will do

• Design and continuously improve a best-in-class onboarding experience for new hires.
• Build and scale employee recognition and milestone programs to increase motivation and value.
• Architect high-quality offsites, events, and social programs to strengthen collaboration.
• Define and operationalize hybrid work frameworks to maximize efficiency across distributed teams.
• Partner with the Head of People to identify organizational gaps and reinforce a high-performance culture.
• Manage office operations, vendor relationships, and real estate planning for office expansion.

Requirements

• At least 2 years leading an Employee Experience function and 1+ year leading a Facilities function.
• Experience working in both startups and mature company environments.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Google Sheets and Claude Code (or similar).
• Proven track record of building and leading high-impact teams with a high bar for execution.
• Must be based in New York City.
• Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
