What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical partner for net-new customers building AI workloads on the CoreWeave platform.
• Help AI teams solve real-world problems by deepening platform adoption and driving expansion opportunities.
• Design and deploy production LLM-powered applications for diverse customer use cases.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Specialist Field Engineers to ensure maximum value delivery.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally to surface product feedback and address technical blockers.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) to comply with U.S. Government export regulations.
• 4+ years of experience in solutions engineering or technical field engineering for AI-oriented roles.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, and deploying deep learning models (LLMs).
• Experience running AI workloads on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both engineering and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GPU compute, high-performance networking, and storage.
• Experience with PyTorch, vLLM, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Proficiency with Slurm or Kubernetes for ML job orchestration.
• Background in ML Engineering, AI Engineering, MLOps, or LLMOps.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA H100/H200/B200 infrastructure and InfiniBand networking.
