What you will do

• Lead the creative direction of motion design and editing across diverse projects.
• Design and execute high-impact motion, 3D, and VFX work.
• Shape storytelling through pacing, rhythm, transitions, and visual flow.
• Develop original motion languages and visual systems for brand films and digital experiences.
• Extend motion design into web, apps, and interactive platforms.
• Mentor team members and provide creative direction and feedback.

Requirements

• Proven senior/lead level experience in motion design, editorial, and VFX.
• Expertise in After Effects and video editing tools like DaVinci Resolve.
• Advanced proficiency in 3D tools (Cinema 4D or Blender).
• Portfolio featuring generative AI integration in motion or content work.
• English: Proficiency required for effective communication.
• Location: Must be based in Colombia.

Nice to have

• Experience in creative studios, agencies, or production environments.
• Skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma.
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
• Experience mentoring or leading teams.
