What you will do

• Drive financial recoveries from carriers by presenting compelling coverage arguments and negotiating resolutions.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and advanced technology to maximize insurance recoveries for mass tort and complex claims.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on project approaches, methodologies, and risk management tools.
• Manage insurer communications, including notice and tender processes, coverage position letters, and information requests.
• Review policy documents to identify key provisions for coverage charts and management systems.
• Evaluate cost share agreements and buyout offers to ensure client interests are protected.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of relevant experience evaluating and negotiating coverage on multi-year claims.
• Background working at an insurer, insurance archaeology firm, and/or law firm.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven ability to deliver high-end solutions and manage complex technical issues.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while meeting strict deadlines.
