What you will do

• Lead the creative direction of motion design and video editing across diverse projects.
• Design and execute high-impact motion, 3D, and VFX assets.
• Shape narrative flow through advanced pacing, rhythm, and visual transitions.
• Develop original motion languages and visual systems for brand films and digital platforms.
• Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to team members to ensure high craft standards.
• Present creative rationale and strategy clearly to clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina.
• Proven experience in motion design, editorial, and VFX at a senior or lead level.
• Advanced expertise in After Effects, video editing tools, and 3D software (Cinema 4D or Blender).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating generative AI integration in motion or content work.
• Excellent English communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and narrative structure.

Nice to have

• Experience in creative studios, agencies, or production environments.
• Proficiency in design tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma.
• Experience translating motion into digital products like web and apps.
• Additional language skills in Spanish or Portuguese.
