What you will do
- Lead the creative direction of motion design and editing across diverse projects.
- Design and execute high-impact motion, 3D, and VFX work for brand films and digital experiences.
- Shape storytelling through pacing, rhythm, and visual flow.
- Develop original motion languages and visual systems.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to team members to ensure high quality.
- Present creative decisions and rationale clearly to clients.
Requirements
- Must be based in Mexico
- Proven experience in motion design, editorial, and VFX at a senior or lead level.
- Advanced expertise in After Effects, video editing tools, and 3D software like Cinema 4D or Blender.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and narrative structure.
- English proficiency required
- Portfolio must include examples of generative AI integration in motion or content work.
Nice to have
- Experience in creative studios, agencies, or production environments.
- Skills in design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma.
- Experience translating motion into digital products like web or apps.
- Additional language skills in Spanish or Portuguese.
- Experience mentoring or leading teams.
